SUBMISSIONS
  • Abstract Submission

Abstracts should describe original work, not previously published, which should clearly indicate the new and significant advances and their importance. Instructions for Abstract Submission and main guidelines are given in the following files: icefa-abstract-sub.pdf; icefa-abstract-sub.doc.

Submitted files should not exceed 1Mb, one page and you are welcome to send a PDF file version or a WORD file version of your article. We suggest you to call it with your name followed by extension (name.pdf or name.doc) and the file should be submitted by e-mail (icefa@uni-mb.si).

We recall that the deadline for abstract submission is 28 February, 2011.

  • Article Submission:

Articles should be written and hence submitted following the general instructions detailed here. The paper should be sent to icefa@uni-mb.si for Submission, and the file should be renamed as icefa2011_Name.doc, where Name is the name of the corresponding Author.

Remember that Articles should describe original work which should indicate the new and significant advances and their importance. Once received Articles will be sent to the Scientific Committee. The respect of the redaction guidelines and the accordance with the topics concerned with the Conference will be examined. The revised Article will be sent back within a fortnight after the Referees advices

We recall that the deadline for abstract submission is 15 June, 2011.

 

  • Instructions for presentation of article (download)
The program of the conference is divided into four groups. Each group will have its presiding member. Time limit for the presentation of each article is 15 min and 5 min for discussion. Please, prepare answers to the questions that were asked by reviewers.
Authors are kindly requested to follow these rules:

  1. For the presentation of the article plan 15 min at most.
  2. You don't have to talk about everything that is in the article (or even read it). The article was available for reading before the presentation.
  3. Equipment you can use for presentation:
    • video projector,
    • computer,
    • pointer.

  1. When preparing the presentation, please follow the following rules:
    • Presentation should be clear without too many diagrams or too much text;
    • Font size should be 20pt;
    • Pictures should be clear (especially color pictures), each diagram should have 3 curves at most.
  1. Before the working part starts, introduce yourself to the presiding member, let him know which author will hold the presentation and if you haven't sent the presentation materials in advance, hand them in to the technician.
